The Austrump Glen Virtual Assistant is an automated assistant that helps our team review buyer enquiries and prepare draft replies. It is operated by ARCSAGE TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD on behalf of AUSTRUMP GLEN PTY LTD.
The assistant uses artificial intelligence tools hosted on Google Cloud, including Gemini services. Core buyer records are stored on Google Cloud in Australia under our enterprise customer agreements.
When you send us an enquiry, parts of your message may be processed by Google Gemini so the system can suggest a draft reply or update our internal buyer readiness score. Some Gemini services may process data on Google global infrastructure. Under Google Cloud enterprise data protection commitments, customer prompts and outputs remain customer data, stay under customer control, and are not used to train public AI models without explicit permission. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your enquiries to train public AI models.
Our system is designed so that it does not need highly sensitive personal information. Please do not include the following in your enquiry unless we specifically request it and provide a secure channel:
If you include such information in your email, it may still be captured in our buyer records and processed by our AI assisted tools solely for the purpose of assessing your enquiry and preparing a response. We apply layered technical and organisational safeguards, including automated filtering and safety checks, and we take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access or disclosure, consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Our use of AI follows guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner on commercially available AI systems.
The Virtual Assistant does not replace contact with a licensed real estate professional and does not create an adviser relationship. Content produced by the assistant is general information only. It may not be complete, accurate or up to date and does not take your full personal circumstances into account. It is not legal, financial, tax, valuation, settlement or investment advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions about buying, selling or financing property.
Austrump Glen remains responsible for how we handle your personal information, even when ARCSAGE TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD and Google Cloud provide technology services to us. Our use of AI is intended to support our staff, not replace our privacy obligations. Nothing in this notice limits your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or the Australian Consumer Law.
